2. Data Collection on this Website

Hosting & Analytics (Framer)
My website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). Framer collects anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics to help me understand how the site is used. This includes information like device type, country, and pages visited. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored by Framer Analytics, and no tracking cookies are set for this purpose.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
I use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) to manage website tags. GTM itself does not set cookies or store personal data, but it triggers other scripts based on your consent settings. GTM requires your IP address to deliver these scripts technically.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
If you provide consent via the cookie banner (under "Analytics"), I use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). GA4 uses cookies to analyze your use of the website. The information generated (including a shortened, anonymized IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. I use this data to optimize site performance and user experience.

Booking a Meeting (Cal.com)
When you click a button to book a call, you are redirected to Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). They collect the data you provide (name, email, meeting details) to facilitate the appointment. I have chosen Cal.com as a privacy-first scheduling tool.

Contacting Me (Email)
If you click an email link (mailto:), your email client opens. Any data you send via email is stored by my email provider solely to process your inquiry and any follow-up questions.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on:

  • Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR: Your consent (e.g., for Spotify embeds via the cookie banner).

  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g., booking a discovery call).

  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: Our legitimate interest in providing a functional, secure, and high-performance website.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data I hold about you.

  • Request correction or deletion of your data.

  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, please contact me at the email address listed above.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to social media platforms. These links are not active embeds; data is only transferred to these platforms if you click the link and visit their respective sites.
