The Challenge
Most music agency websites are either visually outdated or technically rigid, making it difficult for agents to keep tour dates and artist rosters current. So I built a Framer template that combines a "magazine-style" aesthetic with a deep, automated backend. The goal was to build a system that manages the high-friction parts of agency life—press kits, technical riders, and live tour schedules—within a single, intuitive CMS.
The Solution
I engineered Roster with a interconnected three-collection CMS architecture: Artists, Tour Dates, and Blog. This allows the entire site to update itself as the agency’s calendar changes. I focused on an "editorial dark" aesthetic, utilizing high-contrast typography and scroll-triggered motion to give the site a high-end industry feel. To further push the boundaries, I integrated AI-generated artist avatars to showcase how agencies can maintain a consistent visual style even without high-budget photography for every roster addition.
The Result
The project resulted in a robust framework that eliminates the administrative overhead typical of agency site management. By moving from manual page building to a fully automated CMS-led system, Roster provides a scalable solution for boutique agencies looking to professionalize their presence. The final build proves that high-end editorial design and complex data management can coexist in a single Framer environment, ready for immediate deployment in a fast-paced industry setting.
